Meyer Lemons are a cross between a standard Lemon and an orange, adding a sweet floral flavor to the tangy lemon juice. The thin skin is great zested. Use just like a regular lemon.
Meyer lemon trees are more cold hardy than a standard lemon. Mature trees can withstand 28 degrees and sometimes below without protection. Young trees should be protected.
