Cilantro is BEST grown in the cool season Fall. It enjoys a long, cool season. Slow to bolt variety that can withstand deep cold. Harvest the outside leaves for continual harvest. Flowers and seeds can be eaten as well. Great for pots. Cold and shade tolerant.
