Organic Vegetable Gardening 101 

Learn the ins and outs of setting up an organic vegetable garden with Rita Bachmann of Rita’s Roots Backyard Harvest. Site selection, soil + lumber selection, planting calendar, proper transplanting, and direct seeding techniques, watering, fertilizing, pest management, and more!  In addition to the presentation, participants will be given a Spring + Summer planting calendar, a tour of our demonstration gardens, and an opportunity for questions at the end of the presentation.
